Who is truly Responsible for the Gross Incompetence of DHS and TSA?

This administration is still looking for political correctness. The asininity of this is no more apparent to them than any of the rest of their policies. We have to remember that no insane person can see anything abnormal in his behavior and that birds of a feather flock together.
