What is a good hand made thing I could make for my one year?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for almost one year now and I really want to make him something. I've already made him a blanket and a scrapbook is out of the question (making one for a specific other present for him) and i'm drawing a blank about what to make him. Any suggestions? Something extravagant.
