Will I get into New York University or Syracuse University or University of Pennsylvania?

Currently, I am in the top ten percent of my cl that has 500 students. I have done extracurricular activities, community service, Spanish honor society, 3.75 GPA, taking many AP Courses and am a very good student. But, I only scored a 1450 on my SAT Tests. Does this mean that these colleges will not accept me or do I still have a chance to get in?
