Computer HELP PLEASE?

Ok So It all started with lime wire. I none the total scan by panda anti virus. Came back with 6 non disinfectable viruses!!!! It says... Check the permissions of the infected file or whether it is pword-protected in order to disinfect it. What does this mean and how can I DISINFECTED MY COMPUTER? By the way for all the smart a**** I don't look at . Someone please help. Step by step. Tahnks
