I need some advice from someone! It's about me liking a guy/another chance..Please tell me! thanks?

Me &my friend Stacy were riding around with 2 guys Josh and David. Josh had been texting Stacy asking her if i had liked him if i did &i told her yes and he knew this. Well he had came to hang out with me. me & stacy go with them and we are in there for 5 minutes not but a few maybe 6 words were spoken to me & then a girl called and him & her were talking on the phone for about an hour the entire time we were hanging out david kept telling him to get off the phone but he wouldnt so i had told him i wanted to go running (joggin) & he took us back to the car josh didnt even tell me bye he told his friend who told my friend in return in text that he had been talking to his friend(the girl) who had recently broken up with her bf & i dont know what to belive he didnt seem interested in me at all the entire time and he had told my friend & even me he liked me & told my friend before all of this he didnt want me playing head games & i think he did should i give him another chance or what?
