Hippo problems. what should i do!!?

Should i give my boyfriend a hippopotamus for our 4th year anniversary present?? he loves hippos, but they are so expensive. im so confused if i dont get him one, he might spend all the money he saved up for our upcoming wedding on a hippo. its just we love hippos, but it would have to stay in the house before we moved. i need answers!!
