Magic Card cost question?

I found this card at school and was wondering if it was worth something. The card is Incinerate. On the back it says Magic: The Gathering DCI. August 1997 SEATTLE World Championships. The artist is Scoot M. Fischer and there is a little weird gold signature under the picture that says something like Gaoaf Sle.
