I have a sunken chest

i am an 18 year old female and i have a sunken in chest. I wouldnt say it is really bad. It is quite minor, by looking up pictures on google etc of other peoples. I have very small , and so my sunken chest isnt hidden by them. At the top where it starts to sink in, its quite sudden, but then slopes out to become normal. My bone is also a bit prominant and very slightly disfigures my . I havent been to a doctor or specialist or anything, not even my parents know about it only my boyfriend does. (i dont think they know anwyway as i dont remember having it when i was younger, i noticed it when i was 13) It doesnt hurt much, only if i lie on my chest straight on the floor, or my torso is twisted for awhile, its mainly just affects my confidence a lot. I dont wear singlets, or low cut tops and i kind of slouch. Do you think i should I see my doctor about it?
