Grew Up 2gether now i am catching feelings...?

So its this boi and our parents grew up together so we are always at each others house and i always go to his little sisters birthday parties. He likes me but i always thought of him as a brutha but now i am catching feelings. This summer we was layin down and hewas sayin how we was going to go to prom together and stuff like that i am just so comfortable around him. There is also a one year grade differene. I just dont know what to do So does that mean that their is going to be a possibility that we are going to be an actual couple or should i jus look at him as a brotha. BE DETAILED!!
