What are some good upper back weight lifts that isolate the upper back muscles? I know a lot of upper back lifts like lat pulldowns, seated rows, t-bar rows, single arm dumbbell rows, and deadlifts, but these all seem to have other muscles that are important to the lift such as triceps and shoulders. So what are some of the best lifts to isolate only the upper back, or at least primarily the upper back?
