My chihuahua just vomitted and it was yellow bile, but there was a huge white thing in it.?

My chihuahua just vomited and it was yellow bile, but there was a huge white thing in it. It looked like a mini corncob (like in chinese food) but white and about 1/2" wide and 2" long. Any ideas on what that might be?
