Is baby still breech?

I am 35 weeks pregnant with baby #3. Baby has been breech since my ultrasound at 20 weeks. I just went for another ultrasound last week and baby was still breech and the doctor wants to plan a c-section. I have always had natural births and would much prefer that. I have been trying all different things to get baby to flip. I could feel his head and body spine on my left side. I could not feel his feet at all but also could feel his bum in my pelvic area. 2 days ago something changed he is no longer in the position. I am feeling movement in places I hadn't before. but I cant feel his body anywhere. I think he is more towards the middle. I am wondering if I should have physically felt him flip or could he have turned without me knowing? What do you think happened? Thanks in advance!!
