My husband wants to go for circise and i want it to done in the hospital.is there any kind of service?

My hby really wants to go for circise.i don't really trust any local clinics.i really wants him to get it done in the hospital.but is there any kind of service in singapore hospital?.bcz what i know only in KKH.they did it for kids..pls help..tks.
