Is it normal for my 2 yr old daughter to...?

speak in full sentences?? (i.e. "What are you doing mommy?" i wanna see elmo too!!" "i want to read books too!" ) i don't know if this is normal or if she has an advanced vocabulary for her age, but she seems really intelligent/advanced to me..i'm not sure..but i'd like to put her in an advanced preschool program next year...
