I was rear ended in a car accident and now need surgery. How much can i sue for?!?

You can (And will) get at the very least enough to cover both damages to the car, and medical expenses stemming from the accident. But for the love of God, please do not be one of those people who sues for like a million dollars over what cost you maybe 10,000. You people drive up insurance prices mively, and even your insurance will go up because of it. You can easily get enough to cover expenses, get a little extra just in case, but don't try to retire off of it please.
