How many years do you think it will be before Bangladesh are competitive in tests?

the team which is now playing consist of some young boys their average age is 23 .so it will take some time to get the experience they need to cope with international cricket .till then we have to wait .cz most of the seniors have retired these are the players who are being nurtured for the international level after Bangladesh got the test status . so we have to wait another 3-4 year to see some real fight from them
