Help? What should i do regarding my lawn service?

I'm 13 years old, and a few days ago i put flyers around my neighborhood on everyone's mailbox about my lawn care. On the flyer I offered mowing, blowing, fertilizing, and weed removal. I just received an email - a lady asked if I could remove a shrub in her yard. I have lawn mowing experience, but I've never really done anything with shrubs. What should I do? And how should i reply to her? Also this next part is optional but any tips for a teen lawn service? Thanks
