Can i have a c-section if she is a little over average weight and i would prefer one?

at my 35 week ultra sound they said she was a heavy baby and this is my first birth so i dont want to take a chance of trying to push and not get anywere and THEN have to go in for a c-section because of her being big. i am alright with a c-section and might have to have one anyways (idk though) because she is breech which could change so i am curious about the weight thing.
